This policy explains what we do with your personal data when you visit this site
or buy from us.

WHAT WE COLLECT
When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if
you give one, and what you bought. We never see your full card number — your
payment goes straight to our payment provider.

When you browse: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view
and how you got here. This comes from cookies and similar technology.

When you contact us: whatever you write to us, so we can answer.

WHY WE USE IT
- To process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it
- To handle returns, refunds and customer service
- To prevent fraud
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
- With your consent, to show you relevant ads and measure how the site performs

Our legal bases are: performing our contract with you, complying with the law,
our legitimate interest in running and securing the shop, and your consent for
advertising cookies.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
- Shopify, which runs this store
- Our payment providers
- Our suppliers and shipping carriers, so your order can be made and delivered
- Analytics and advertising providers, where you've consented

Some of these are outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely
on the safeguards approved under data protection law, such as the European
Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your personal data.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order and invoice records: as long as tax and commercial law requires, which in
Spain is generally six years. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw
consent. Support messages: up to two years.

COOKIES
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, and — only if
you accept them — cookies for analytics and advertising. You can change your
choice at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict
or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw
consent at any time.

If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection
authority. In Spain that's the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos
(www.aepd.es).

CHILDREN
This site isn't aimed at children and we don't knowingly collect their data.

CHANGES
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top.
