Before you ask
When will I get my order?
We dispatch your order within 3 business days. Delivery takes around 9 business days after that, so most orders arrive within 12 business days of ordering. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Will it arrive before December 1st?
An advent calendar is no good on December 2nd, so here is the honest answer: order by November 8th and you are safe. After that date we can't guarantee it opens on day one.
What's inside the box?
24 doors. 24 different dachshund figurines — the surfer, the firefighter, the astronaut, the chef, the detective, the one in the Santa hat. Not one repeat. Each has a loop so it goes straight onto the tree.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 15 days from the day it arrives to return it, for any reason. Email us and we'll send you instructions.
If it turns up damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover the return postage and replace it or refund you in full. If you simply changed your mind, the return postage is on you.
